Over the years, Narsay Bello and company have remodeled two homes for me. He brings an abundance of experience, professionalism, and creativity. In an industry that is notorious for their delays, Narsay completed the projects as promised in the initial quotes! I had a complete Master Bathroom remodeled into a luxury suite. There was complexity with the sewer lines, and Narsay calmed my angst and notified me that he is a licensed plumber and is capable of addressing it. In a separate remodel, the house needed a lot of love, and we were short on time before I had to move in. He was so responsive and was able to prioritize the project (granted at a premium cost) but it was all worth it to have it done so promptly! I continuously recommended Bello Construction and won’t allow anyone else to work on my existing or future homes. He is fairly priced, honest, and communicative. We had a great experience with Bello Construction. We had a fairly big project of tearing down a load bearing wall, redoing 1000 square feet of flooring, replacing windows and completely redoing the kitchen from scratch. We had six companies come out to bid for the project that sought out our work on the thumbtack. Of those companies, only a three gave us quotes. We chose BC because their quote seemed to be the best and we really liked Narsay (the company owner). From the outset, he was highly communicable and friendly. As project progressed, we were highly impressed that their focus on our project and communication never waned a bit. Any texts, calls or emails were almost always responded to within minutes. Over the span of the 5 week project, Narsay was on site all but two business days. The end result was an on-budget, ahead of schedule project that exceeded all our expectations. Any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction along with their guarantee that they will continue to back up their work even after the project was done. Great people that do great work!
We hired Bello Construction for a major remodel of our home creating a high end gym and spa in our casita. From the very first time we met with Narsay(owner/contractor) he saw our vision.
