This ground-up detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) was designed and built to provide a fully independent living space while complementing the existing residence.
Bello Construction managed every phase of the project, including site preparation, utility trenching, new water and sewer services, electrical infrastructure, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical systems, and high-end interior finishes.
The project also required significant site work, including off-site improvements and coordination with the City of Tempe to meet all municipal requirements.
The completed ADU features approximately 1,000 square feet of modern living space, an 800-square-foot garage, an open-concept floor plan, custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and energy-efficient building systems throughout.
